Victoria offers more than 30 years experience in nonprofit fundraising and management. She leads a variety of organizational strategy, fundraising and executive search engagements, and particularly focuses her work on campaigns and major gift initiatives, systems design, and building out complex fundraising teams and practices.
As Fundraising Practice Leader, Victoria is also responsible for ensuring that services are strategic, reflect firm and client experience, and build best practice; and that each client receives high quality, impactful counsel.
