Cecilia Roddy

Cecilia Roddy, M.S.W., Senior Consultant, joined Development Guild/DDI in 2001. She guides clients in program planning, development, and evaluation, executive search and organizational development.

At Development Guild, Cecilia has worked as part of an evaluation team for The Gates Foundation and the Packard Foundation. This project recently brought her to India, where she helped to assess the impact of Gates/Packard leadership programs at the individual and organizational level. Cecilia’s other clients have included Family Continuity Programs, JASON Foundation for Education, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, The Nature Conservancy, Robert F. Kennedy Children’s Action Corps, Suffolk University, and Unitarian Universalist Service Committee. Cecilia also currently serves on the board of Family Continuity.

Prior to joining Development Guild, Cecilia worked for Palladia, Inc., a New York City based multi-service agency serving families in need, and offering temporary and permanent housing, substance abuse services, and domestic violence shelter. She also spent a year in service with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps.

Cecilia holds an M.S.W. from the Columbia University School of Social Work.
