Deborah Brown

Deborah Brown, M.B.A., joined Development Guild/DDI in 1998 as a Senior Consultant, was promoted to Controller and Director of Human Resources in 2000, and became a principal in 2004. Debbie brings more than 15 years experience in finance, human resources, internal management, and administration. She manages and directs the firm's internal staff in their administrative and management functions, including accounting, human resources and technology. Her insight serves to help analyze and guide the strategic direction of the firm.

Before joining Development Guild/DDI, Debbie was employed at a fine art services company, Fine Arts Express, Inc., for eleven years. Fine Arts Express, Inc. was the largest art handler in the nation specializing in the transportation, storage and packing/crating of fine arts and antiques. Debbie served as Director of Human Resources, overseeing all internal policies and procedures.

Debbie is a member of Northeast Human Resources Association, and the Society for Human Resource Management. She received her undergraduate degree in Art History from Brandeis University and received an M.B.A. from Simmons School of Management.
