Elizabeth Gell, SPHR

Lisa Gell, Senior Consultant, joined the firm in 2005 and specializes in executive search. Lisa enjoys tremendous success managing searches and recruiting fundraising talent for clients in New York, Boston, and the surrounding area. A select list of her clients includes Thirteen/WNET (NYC), United Jewish Appeal Federation of New York, Children's Hospital Trust, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, International Fund for Animal Welfare, Animal Rescue League of Boston, and Columbia University School of Nursing.

 

Lisa's work is informed by over 20 years of human resources experience with particular emphasis on recruitment and employment for major nonprofit teaching hospitals and healthcare systems. Immediately prior to joining Development Guild, she took a career-changing position as Director of Development for Mother Caroline Academy and Education Center. Lisa came to Development Guild with an informed interest in both executive search and fundraising, making her an ideal member of our consulting team.

 

Lisa earned a bachelor's degree in English from the College of New Rochelle. She has a certificate in advanced mediation from the Boston Law Collaborative and is certified as a senior human resources professional from the Society of Human Resource Management.
