About Us
Development Guild/DDI is a consulting firm founded in 1978 to work with
nonprofit leaders committed to aligning vision and strategic priorities,
building organizational capacity, and strengthening philanthropic support.
We have helped over 500 nonprofits create and evaluate their strategic
plans, recruit and retain key leadership, and raise the significant philanthropy
required to advance their missions. Our clients include a broad spectrum
of national and international leaders in their fields as well as highly
respected locally based nonprofits. We believe our clients are among the
