Victoria Jones

Victoria Jones, Senior Vice President and Principal, joined Development Guild/DDI in 1998 and brings more than 25 years experience in nonprofit fundraising and management. She leads a variety of fundraising, planning, and search projects, particularly in the areas of campaign and major gifts.

Victoria has been highly successful in designing successful “first ever" and quantum leap campaigns for clients that include American Cancer Society-New England and Eastern Divisions, The Austen Riggs Center, Bennington College, Bridgewater State College, The MacDowell Colony, Mass Audubon Society, and Pathfinder International. She has also effectively strengthened fundraising programs through assessment, planning, and search with AFS-USA, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Emerson College, Children's Hospital Trust, Partners HealthCare System, Schwartz Center, Suffolk University, Wellesley College, and Wheaton College. Recently, one of Victoria 's longstanding clients, Children's Hospital Trust, surpassed a $300M campaign goal with a team for which she and others recruited nearly 20 individuals to support the effort.

Much of Victoria 's early career focused on institutions with health-related missions, including Portsmouth Community Hospital, Children's Hospital, and Dimock Community Health Center. In these positions, Victoria provided staff leadership for a number of campaigns, large signature fundraising events, Board recruitment and development, and public affairs.
