As the new Chief Development Officer, Dr. Jaworski will join the senior management team and partner with Board leadership to provide strategic direction to an integrated team of active lifestyle events, digital programs, distinguished events, individual and planned giving, and peer-to-peer fundraising. Reporting to Megan Gutierrez, CEO of LRF, he will be charged with driving the major and corporate giving programs and overseeing a 6-member development team.
Dr. Jaworski brings to LRF a twenty-year career in fundraising and nonprofit leadership over which he has raised more than $285 million. In his most recent role as the President of Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation, he successfully drove a full organizational turnaround in branding, revenue diversity and growth, board structure, and recruitment, and expanded organizational presence and programs domestically and globally. In Dr. Jaworski’s previous position as the CDO at Lincoln Center’s Film Society, he was responsible for managing a team and building sustainable revenue, which he did by generating significant growth in giving programs across patron, membership, corporate sponsorship and board groups.
