Development Guild is pleased to announce that Jill Miller will be joining The Fenn School as their new Director of Advancement. Jill joins The Fenn School with over fifteen years of experience in fundraising and non-profit management. She comes to Fenn from The Haverford School in Haverford, PA, where she served as the Campaign Director and Haverford Leadership Council Coordinator. Reporting to Derek Boonisar, Headmaster, Jill will serve as a member of the senior leadership team and oversee a fully integrated advancement effort. She will be responsible for the overall strategy, design, and coordination of philanthropy and engagement and will build upon an advancement program that is strong and embraced by the Fenn community.
Jill’s previous professional experience includes positions as: Director of Development at One Mind; Director of Development at Epiphany School; Senior Associate Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving at Haverford College and Director of Annual Giving at The Haverford School. Jill earned a B.S. from Northwestern University and an M.Ed. from Cabrini College.

The Fenn School is an independent all-boys day school for students in grades four through nine, located in historic Concord, Massachusetts.
