As our Director of Marketing Operations, you’ll drive our advertising, conference program, and marketing intelligence for the business development of our services and corporate brand. This is a full-time remote position, to work with an all-remote team. The Director of Marketing Operations reports to the SVP of Product + Marketing and will work closely with other members of the marketing and business development teams. 

The base compensation range for this position is $90,000-$150,000 commensurate with the skills, experience, and qualifications. Development Guild DDI offers a complete package of benefits. Open to US-based applicants. 

Responsibilities 

  • Own and manage ad strategy on Google and LinkedIn
  • Further develop and manage national conference program
  • Optimize and track user acquisition and journeys with conversion goals through all properties (website, newsletter, events, etc.)
  • Owns operations of newsletter, including growing our subscription list, keeping it on schedule, analyzing performance, and coordinating with the Managing Editor
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and consulting branches of firm to fully  understand the business and to incorporate that into the marketing strategy 
  • Report weekly to SVP Product + Marketing

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Significant hands-on experience with the management of online ads
  • 7+ years experience working in marketing
  • Experience with SEO and optimizing conversion paths
  • Excited to scale up our entire marketing operations
  • Proven experience and expertise with HubSpot or Salesforce
  • A strong analytic mind and strategic perspective
  • Go-getter and hands-on attitude, desire to make impact
  • Ability to clearly write and articulate complex concepts in simple terms
  • Self-confidence, ability to speak-up and to make quick decisions
  • Collaborative, works with team daily 

Nice-To-Have Qualifications

  • Vendor management experience
  • Conference planning experience
  • Bachelors or Masters in marketing
  • Experience in the non-profit sector
  • Experience with consulting firms
