The mission of the International Institute of New England (IINE) is to create opportunities for refugees and immigrants to succeed through resettlement, education, career advancement and pathways to citizenship. One of the oldest and largest human services organizations for New Americans in the region, IINE serves more than 4,000 people each year in Boston and Lowell, Massachusetts, and Manchester, New Hampshire. Our programs include case management, youth and family services, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), employment and skills training, and immigration legal services.

Salary: $95,000 – $110,000
The Senior Major Gifts Officer will help IINE significantly grow major giving by developing, socializing, and executing strategies to build a robust pipeline of individual donors and prospects, focused primarily on the major ($25,000–$999,999) gifts level. Working with the Vice President, Principal and Major Giving, this position will support new multi-tier giving societies and a continued transitioning of our past philanthropic model to a greater focus on securing private support from individual donors at the major gift level and above. The Senior Major Gifts Officer will also help build an individual donor gifts team, help recruit, supervisor, and support additional giving officers, and will directly manages a portfolio of IINE’s potential donors and prosects and ensure donors are closely stewarded and presented with opportunities to deepen their relationships with and increase their support of IINE. This is an excellent position for an experienced major gifts officer interested in a growth opportunity.
