Montefiore and Einstein is pleased to welcome Adam Sirois as Director, Corporate and Foundation Relations.
Adam comes to Montefiore and Einstein from Hadassah, The Zionist Women’s Organization of America, where he served as the Director of Institutional Giving. In this role, Adam directed the corporate, government and foundation relations department and managed a team of development officers and grant managers. He was responsible for stewarding 150 institutional donors and sponsors and had an annual grant portfolio of $5M. Along with this, Adam co-directed a $350M capital campaign for a new oncological center and internal medicine center at Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem. Adam received his Bachelor’s in International Relations from George Washington University and his Master’s in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.
In his new role as Director, Corporate and Foundation Relations, reporting to Senior Executive Director, Kristen Kidder, Adam will manage and build out the corporate and foundations team. He will inherit a portfolio of funders which he will be charged with maintaining and increasing over time. Adam will work with his team to identify new sources of funding and he will partner with faculty, staff, senior leadership, and volunteers to identify meaningful funding priorities for Montefiore and Einstein.
