Chartered in 1922, Concord Academy is a highly selective, co-educational day- and boarding school in Concord, Massachusetts. Alice Roebuck will lead Concord Academy’s advancement operation and continue to foster a culture of innovation, data-driven analysis, and bold fundraising achievements to ensure sustainable, long-term growth in private philanthropic support, and enhance Concord Academy’s educational programs and campus life. She will coordinate the participation of the Head of School, trustees, senior administrators, and key volunteers in the fundraising process, fostering relationships between these stakeholders and alumni and friends who live and work around the world. Alice will also set expectations for the overall office and 15-person staff, and continue to promote excellence through well-defined, ambitious, and measureable goals.
Alice comes to Concord Academy after a 14-year tenure at Harvard University, where she most recently served as the Executive Director for the Harvard College Fund, Reunion and Annual Campaigns.
