Dress for Success Worldwide is pleased to welcome Arlene Lozano as their new Chief Affiliate Impact Officer.
Arlene comes to Dress for Success Worldwide from New York Cares, where she served as the Chief Program Officer. Arlene has also held executive roles at Orbis International and Covenant House International.
At New York Cares, Arlene focused on restructuring program operations, including rebuilding the program leadership team and redoubling efforts to hit the divisional growth targets, ending five years of continuous decline.
Prior to that, Arlene held progressive leadership positions at two international organizations. First at Covenant House International for six years and then Orbis International for five years. In these roles she led the assessment and restructuring of their global affiliate process and programs to meet new organizational goals across Latin America, Asia, Europe, and Africa. Arlene built robust people infrastructures that underpin the delivery of quality programs across the world with measurable evidence of impact.
At Dress for Success Worldwide Arlene will lead Worldwide’s support to, services for, and development of the licensed global affiliate network. She will drive the transformation of the entire affiliate support and engagement process. Arlene’s new role will be instrumental in transitioning the Worldwide entity to its future state as a capacity-builder of strong and impactful local affiliates around the world.
