Bradley Brown Joins Sacred Heart University as the new Director of Major Gifts for the Welch College of Business (WCOB).
Development Guild DDI is pleased to announce that Bradley (Brad) Brown will join the Welch College of Business as its new Director of Major Gifts. In this role, Brad will work closely with the Dean of the WCOB, Martha Crawford, and will drive the strategy and growth of the development program to support its entrepreneurial and fast-growing business program. Brad will be responsible for building and deepening engagement with donors and driving broader awareness and philanthropic support for the College of Business. He will serve as a frontline fundraiser, building and maintaining key relationships with alumni and other key stakeholders for Sacred Heart.
Brad comes to Sacred Heart University from Franklin Marshall College as the Major Gifts Officer. There, he successfully managed a large portfolio predominantly of West Cost based prospects. Before that, Brad worked at Susquehanna University as the Assistant Director of Alumni, Parent and Donor Engagement. There, Brad created of a new arm of the University’s annual fund that would focus on varsity athletics which the university is still using today. Brad brings over 7 years of professional experience to Sacred Heart. His excellent business acumen, creativity and persistence will prove to be a great asset to the Welch College of Business.
