ADL New England welcomes Carol Salter as its new Associate Director of Development. Carol comes to ADL from Tenacity where she most recently served as the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations and previously as Tenacity’s Director of Major Gifts. Carol has also held the position of Development Researcher at Wentworth Institute of Technology, Major Gifts Officer at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, Senior Development Officer at Suffolk University, and Director of Development (Bouve College of Heath Sciences) at Northeastern University.
As Associate Director of Development, Carol will take a lead role in planning and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the ADL New England region. Her responsibilities will include identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding new and existing donors as well as strengthening the existing individual and institutional giving programs. Carol will report to Daniel Hart, the Director of Development for ADL New England.
