RFK Community Alliance (RFKCA) is excited to announce Dana Green as its new Senior Vice President, Advancement. RFKCA is a multi-service agency serving people and families, offering a wide range of programs including educational, developmental, and mental health needs.
Dana joins RFK Community Alliance with 18 years of development experience, including multiple leadership roles. Most recently, she served as the first National Director of Advancement for Democracy House, a startup nonprofit where she built a development program. Previously, she was the Chief Advancement Officer for Hearth where she oversaw communications and fundraising, including major gifts, annual campaigns, corporate and foundation grants, events, and volunteers. Dana is also actively involved in her community, including serving as Vice Chair for the Commissioning Committees of the USS Thomas Hudner and the USS Nantucket.
In her new role, Dana will lead and grow an ambitious and strategic communications and philanthropy program. She will work closely with the President and CEO, the Board, and the Executive Leadership Team while overseeing a department of five. As part of RFKCA’s strategic plan, Dana will grow fundraising to deepen the impact and expand programming for individuals and communities.
