St. Norbert College is pleased to announce the appointment of David M. Williams as its new Vice President of Advancement. At Purdue University and the Purdue for Life Foundation, he secured multiple transformational gifts, including a $20 million commitment to name the Davidson School of Chemical Engineering, and consistently exceeded ambitious annual fundraising targets. David is recognized for his ability to cultivate and secure major and principal gifts, mentor and coach development staff, and partner effectively with leadership to strengthen donor engagement.
In his new role at St. Norbert College, David will serve as President Laurie M. Joyner’s lead partner in advancing philanthropic support for the College, overseeing all fundraising, alumni, and donor stewardship programs. He will also serve on the President’s Cabinet, working closely with colleagues across campus to build on SNC’s fundraising success and shape its next chapter. Supported by a talented and innovative advancement team, David will lead the College’s efforts to expand alumni engagement, grow major giving, and secure the philanthropic investments necessary to elevate and amplify St. Norbert College’s Catholic, Norbertine, and liberal arts mission.
