Rosie’s Place is pleased to announce Gena Ricciardi as its new Director of Major Gifts.
As Director of Major Gifts at Rosie’s Place, Gena will lead strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors in support of the organization’s mission and long-term growth. She will manage a portfolio of individual donors and prospects, develop compelling gift opportunities, and work closely with organizational leadership to engage supporters and expand philanthropic investment. Gena will also oversee the major gifts team, provide mentorship and guidance to staff, and collaborate across the organization to strengthen donor engagement and advance Rosie’s Place’s fundraising goals.
