Development Guild DDI is pleased to announce Gianna Voccola will join St. John’s Prep as the new Assistant Head of School for Enrollment Management. In this role, Gianna will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to recruit, enroll, and retain students in grades 6 through 12. She will manage the allocation of tuition assistance resources, and hold primary responsibility for collecting, analyzing, and using data to inform and manage a research-based approach to admission and retention. Reporting to Headmaster Edward P Hardiman Ph.D. and collaborating closely with the Assistant Head of School for Marketing and Communications, Gianna will oversee a vibrant, comprehensive, and effective admission marketing program for St. John’s Prep.
Gianna comes to St. John’s Prep from Merrimack College, where she held the position of Director of Undergraduate Admissions. While there, she served as a member of the President’s senior leadership team and successfully partnered with the marketing department to develop a strategic communication plan for prospective students, families, and school counselors.
Gianna brings 10 years of exceptional enrollment management experience to St. John’s Prep, where she will be a key member of the Headmaster’s Leadership Team.
