Boston University (BU) is pleased to welcome Gregg Carlo as Senior Leadership Gift Officer, College of Arts and Sciences (formerly Manager of Individual Giving at Tufts Medical Center). With nearly 30,000 students, 2,800 faculty, and over 300,000 alumni worldwide, Boston University is recognized as one of the world’s most prominent research universities. Under the leadership and direction of President Robert A. Brown, BU has become a rapidly evolving, diverse, exceptionally engaged, and academically broad institution that encompasses the liberal arts, science and engineering, the fine arts, and the professions.

Joining DAR in completing BU’s $1.5 billion campaign, Gregg will increase support to provide for faculty and students and to build BU’s vibrant campus. He will manage a portfolio of leadership gift prospects and work closely with DAR leadership and Deans of the Colleges and Schools of BU in advancing a wide range of fundraising activities, programs, and priorities.

Launched in September 2012, The Campaign for Boston University, a $1 billion capital campaign, has been extended to reach a $1.5 billion goal. Development and Alumni Relations’ senior leadership includes outstanding individuals recruited from some of the best institutions in the world and is led by Senior Vice President, Scott Nichols.
