Partners In Health (PIH) welcomes John Urschel as the new Campaign Director for its University of Global Health Equity (UGHE). John brings solid experience to the role from his most recent fundraising position of Director of Leadership Gifts at Mount Holyoke College as well as his role at Amherst College as the Director of Gift Planning & Regional Major Gift Office. John received his MPA in Nonprofit Management from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Reporting to the Director of University Operations, John will be responsible for creating and implementing a campaign supporting UGHE’s strategic priorities. He will work closely with his colleagues on the Boston-based Development staff and the UGHE implementation team in Boston and Rwanda, to focus on carrying out a broad-based fundraising plan targeting individuals, corporations, foundations, and government agencies.
