Judge Victoria Pratt

Odyssey Impact is pleased to welcome Judge Victoria Pratt as its new Executive Director.

Judge Pratt joins Odyssey Impact from Pratt Lucien Consultants, LLP where she served as Principal. At Pratt Lucien Consultants, LLC, Judge Pratt conducted trainings for jurisdictions, government agencies, nonprofits and corporations, around transforming our court system using the power of dignity and respect. Prior to her work as a consultant, Judge Pratt worked as a Professor of Professional Practice at Rutgers University, and Chief Judge at the Newark Municipal Court.

In her new role, Judge Pratt will advocate for social justice issues and the role faith communities can play in them, representing Odyssey Impact before diverse audiences in the faith and secular spaces.

She will serve as the primary face and spokesperson for the organization and will play a key role in the creation and cultivation of new organizational and individual partnerships, in both the secular and interfaith communities. Additionally, she will lead development processes at the organization, setting and pursuing strategy and annual goals.

Judge Pratt is excited to bring her passion for social justice and reform to Odyssey Impact.
