Montefiore Einstein is pleased to welcome Kristen Kidder as Senior Executive Director, Development.
Kristen comes to Montefiore Einstein from NewYork-Presbyterian, where she spent over a decade in increasing roles of responsibility – most recently as the Senior Director of Donor Engagement. At NewYork-Presbyterian, Kristen managed a team comprised of Major Gift Officers, Annual Fund, and Data Analytics staff who were tasked with creating a strong donor pipeline. Additionally, she built relationships with physicians, senior administrations, volunteers, and staff to progress the fundraising plans and goals, managed several portfolios and developed strategic planning initiatives for the front-line team that drove innovation and standardization across campuses. Kristen received her M.P.A. in Health Care Policy from Baruch College, her M.A. in Popular Culture Studies from Bowling Green State University, and her B.A. in Communication Studies from Northeastern University.
In her new role as Senior Executive Director, reporting to Vice President and Chief Development Officer, Rachelle Sanders, Kristen will lead a diverse and growing team of fundraising professionals who make up the Principal, Major, Annual, Alumni, Prospect Research, and Corporations and Foundations Development teams. Building on a new strategic plan for development, Kristen will provide leadership in conceptualizing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that drive philanthropic revenue from individual and institutional donors.
