Two Ten Footwear Foundation is pleased to welcome Leslie Renner as its new Vice President of Development.
Leslie joins Two Ten from amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research, where she served as the Director, Corporate Partnerships. There, Leslie was successful securing new corporate partners and exceeded the goal. Prior to her position at amfAR, Leslie served as the Senior Director, Partner Development at Girls Who Code and held roles at Girls Inc, Barnard College, and Butler University.
In her new role at Two Ten, Leslie will manage the development program and be responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, execution, and planning designed to broaden and increase philanthropic support of Two Ten and its work. She will work with her staff and Two Ten leadership to build and manage private sector industry partnerships and fundraising alliances that will enable Two Ten to expand its reach and services. Leslie will report to Shawn Osborne, the President and Chief Executive Officer, serve on the Two Ten Footwear Foundation Leadership Team, and work closely with a highly engaged Board.

We offer emergency financial assistance when footwear families face extraordinary need due to a crisis or disaster. We provide access to free and confidential financial, legal, mental health, and substance abuse counseling at any time. We award college scholarships to footwear employees and their children. And we invest in workforce development programs to help industry employees upskill, obtain professional certifications, or complete personal and professional development training to advance their careers. Our work focuses on enhancing the wellbeing of the footwear community.
