St. Lawrence University is pleased to welcome Liz Haney as the new Senior Officer for Corporate and Foundation Relations/Sponsored Research for Strategic Initiatives.

Located in Canton, NY, St. Lawrence University (“St. Lawrence”) is a coeducational, private, independent liberal arts institution grounded in 1856, making it the oldest coeducational institution of higher learning in New York State. As the new Senior Officer for Corporate and Foundation Relations/Sponsored Research for Strategic Initiatives, Liz Haney will help to maximize philanthropic support from foundations, corporations, and government sources for St. Lawrence University’s programs and priorities across all disciplines including sciences and humanities. Her role will also focus on assisting faculty members in securing external funding for their research and scholarly endeavors. Liz brings higher education sponsored research and institutional giving experience from the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering at Harvard University and most recently, Middlebury College.
