FamilyAid is pleased to welcome Matt Frentz as their new Major Gift Officer.
Matt previously served as Assistant Director, Leadership Giving at Northeastern University, where he managed a portfolio of more than 200 households and collaborated across colleges and programs to advance leadership-level giving. Prior, as Assistant Director, Affinity & Domestic Engagement, Matt expanded alumni networks, managed large-scale signature programs, and integrated fundraising strategies into university-wide engagement initiatives. While at Northeastern, Matt completed his Master’s of Science in Nonprofit Management with a concentration in Fundraising.
At FamilyAid, Matt will report to the Director of Major Gifts and play a central role in expanding philanthropic support from individual donors. He will develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies, partner with senior leadership and Board members on cultivation and solicitation efforts, and help grow a high-performing major gift program. As a key member of the advancement team, he will contribute to increasing revenue, deepening donor relationships, and introducing new funders to the organization.
