The YMCA of Great Boston welcomed Maureen Jerz as its new Senior Director of Development last month. Maureen came to the YMCA from the Federation for Children with Special Needs, where she served as the Director of Development for 8 years. Previously, she was the Director for Corporate and Foundation Relations at Horizons for Homeless Children.

As SDOD of the YMCA of Greater Boston, Maureen reports to Julie Lima, the Chief Development Officer, and collaborates with senior staff, general board and advisory boards to execute a fully integrated advancement effort for the YMCA. She is responsible for oversight and coordination of philanthropy strategy and engagement which include: annual fund, moves management and Corporate and foundation cultivation.
