Montefiore and Einstein is pleased to welcome Pamela Geiger as Senior Director, Special Events.
Pam comes to Montefiore and Einstein from St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where she spent her tenure in increasing roles of responsibility – most recently as the Managing Director for the New York/New Jersey Region. At St. Jude, Pam managed the everyday operations of 12-person office responsible for raising over $11 million annually. Along with that she directly supervised and mentored 6 of those staff members. Her mentorship was proven to be successful as staff and program partners consistently increased fundraising year after year. Additionally, she built relationships across internal departments of St. Jude to collaborate on securing new participants, volunteers, and donors for upcoming events. Pam received her B.A. in Art History from Connecticut College.
In her new role as Senior Director, Special Events, reporting to Senior Executive Director, Kristen Kidder, Pam will be responsible for successful strategy, design, implementation, and engagement of key stakeholders and donors to build a program of events critical to Montefiore Einstein’s fundraising effort. This program will include carrying out and revamping a broad range of Montefiore and Einstein’s existing cultivation and signature events such as the gala and the golf tournament.
