Rebecca comes to Pine Street from Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston where she served most recently as Executive Vice President, Development & Marketing. In this role, Rebecca oversaw all aspects of fundraising and marketing, raised 80% of the annual operating budget, increased institutional visibility, and strengthened the brand. During her tenure at BGCB, Rebecca also planned, implemented, and completed a $125 million comprehensive fundraising campaign. Her previous roles include development and marketing positions at the New England Aquarium, Boston Symphony Orchestra, and Boston Ballet.
Rebecca will serve as a key member of the Pine Street Inn Leadership Team and will be an important strategic fundraising partner for President/Executive Director Lyndia Downie. She will manage a department of 26 and will have 4 direct reports who oversee individual giving, institutional giving, advancement operations, and marketing and communications.
