Life Flight Network (LFN) is excited to welcome Shannon Gianola as Foundation Director.
Shannon comes to LFN with over 20 years of versatile experience in nonprofits and a solid track record of individual giving, partnerships, events, marketing and communications, board leadership, and management. Most recently, Shannon was the Director of Philanthropy at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oregon and SW Washington. Shannon has also held senior leadership and fundraising roles at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Candlelighters for Children with Cancer, and Providence Health & Services. Additionally, Shannon was the co-founder of The Wednesday’s Child Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to providing opportunities to children in the region’s foster care system.
In her new role at LFN, Shannon will be responsible for building and leading a comprehensive development program, with a focus on major gift fundraising. She will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Business Officer, and field staff in order to build strategic partnerships and expand and enhance external relationships with the goal to increase philanthropic revenue, helping to ensure that LFN fulfills its mission and commitment to clinical excellence, sustainability, and advancing access to quality healthcare.
