Christopher Lawson joins Cape Cod Healthcare as Chief Development Officer

The Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation welcomes Christopher Lawson as its new Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer (CDO). Christopher comes to the Foundation from Curry College where he served as the Vice President for Institutional Advancement. Christopher’s career includes senior fundraising roles at the Riverview School, St. Anselm College, Boston College and the University of Colorado. Chris brings significant major gift, campaign and management experience to the Foundation.

The Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Cape Cod Healthcare, a $925M comprehensive health system serving residents and visitors on Cape Cod. As CDO, Christopher will report to President and CEO Michael K. Lauf and will be responsible for leading the Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation’s comprehensive development program. He will manage the Foundation staff and will serve on the hospital’s Senior Leadership Team. Cape Cod Healthcare has ambitious plans for growth, and Christopher will play a significant role in the system’s ongoing commitment to transforming healthcare delivery on Cape Cod.
