Lesley G. Fawcett joins Southeast Land Trust of New Hampshire as Director of Advancement

The Southeast Land Trust of New Hampshire is pleased to welcome Lesley G. Fawcett as its new Director of Advancement.

Lesley most recently served as Director of Annual Giving at United Way of Massachusetts Bay, where she led annual giving strategy, managed a portfolio of more than 300 donors, oversaw leadership giving societies, and strengthened donor engagement through personalized cultivation and stewardship. Previously, as Development Director at Our Neighbors’ Table, she led the organization’s fundraising strategy, grew individual and corporate giving by 125 percent over six years, tripled the major donor pool, managed a $7.8 million capital campaign, and built a high-performing development team while partnering closely with organizational leadership and the Board.

At the Southeast Land Trust of New Hampshire, Lesley will lead the organization’s comprehensive advancement strategy, including major gifts, planned giving, membership, and capital campaign efforts. She will cultivate and steward a portfolio of major donors, strengthen donor engagement across the organization’s membership and supporter base, and partner with the Executive Director, Board, and staff to expand philanthropic support for land conservation. As a member of the Leadership Team, she will guide fundraising strategy, oversee advancement operations, and help advance SELT’s long-term vision for protecting the region’s natural landscapes and expanding access to the outdoors.
