education. She is passionate about advancing the New School’s mission to prepare students to understand, contribute to, and succeed in a rapidly changing society.
As Vice President of Development, Min reports to the Senior Vice President for Development & Alumni Relations, Meg Kaufmann to lead efforts to strategically increase philanthropic support from individuals. Min will oversee a dynamic team of front-line fundraisers and is responsible for managing individual giving at all levels, including annual, leadership, major, and planned giving.
Previously, Min served as an Executive Director, Development & Alumni Relations at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she successfully completed a $30M mini scholarship campaign in addition to raising significant funds for the College. Min also led a team of five and played a role in securing the transformational gift making the College the second tuition-free medical school in NYC.
Previously, Min worked at Stony Brook University as the Director, Development of College Engineering and Applied Sciences, where she managed a portfolio and led corporate engagement and philanthropic strategy for the Computer Science and Applied Mathematics & Statistics Departments.
