Marlborough School is pleased to welcome Sarah Singer as their new Director of Advancement starting July 2023.

Founded in 1889, Marlborough School is an independent all-girls college-preparatory school for grades 7 through 12 located in Los Angeles, California. Marlborough School is the oldest independent girls’ school in the Southern California region, and since its founding, it has been known as a thought leader in education and an institution others look to as an example of excellence. Central to Marlborough’s mission is the belief in and passion for empowering young women to use their immense talents to better the world and helping them become trailblazers in their own right.

Sarah joins Marlborough from Planned Parenthood Los Angeles (PPLA), where she served as a senior member of the Development team, raising funds in support of expanding equitable access to sexual and reproductive healthcare and education. Prior to her time at PPLA, Sarah held fundraising positions at Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra and UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Sarah is excited to bring her passion for women’s empowerment and education to Marlborough.
