Cecilia Roddy brings over 25 years of experience helping nonprofits strengthen their missions and expand their impact.

She most recently served as Vice President of Development and External Affairs at the Robert F. Kennedy Children’s Action Corps (now RFK Alliance), where she led a successful $6 million comprehensive campaign and managed a development team of six.

Previously, Cecilia spent eight years at Development Guild as a Senior Consultant, leading executive searches, strategic plans, fundraising campaigns, and feasibility studies for organizations nationwide. She also contributed to a leadership evaluation funded by the Packard and Gates Foundations and led searches for organizations including Rosie’s Place, MSPCA, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Walker Home and School, and Greater Boston Food Bank.

Earlier in her career, she worked in development at Project Return Foundation in New York City, securing federal, corporate, and foundation support for critical human services programs.

Cecilia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW from Columbia University and a BA from SUNY Binghamton. She serves on the Advisory Board of Songcatchers and volunteers with the Brookline Senior Center Visiting Volunteers Program.
