As Executive Search Associate, Dareana Roy brings her passion for organizational development and community impact. Our clients value her collaborative spirit and her strong qualitative research skills, which help them find quality candidates. Dareana is an Illinois Wesleyan University graduate with a degree in Political Science and Government. After graduating, Dareana served as an Americorps VISTA volunteer where her work focused on addressing health and homelessness. This experience solidified her interest in community development and led to her previous role with the New Orleans Health Department.

Dareana is a proud New Orleans, LA native, where she participated in neighborhood cleanups. In her personal time she enjoys traveling and experiencing diverse cultures, and dancing, particularly Latin and hip-hop styles.
