Emily is a key member of the firm’s fundraising consulting and executive search practices, partnering with nonprofit leaders to advance philanthropic strategy and strengthen organizational capacity. She brings a research-driven, analytical approach to fundraising and search engagements, supporting clients through project management, prospect research and modeling, campaign and fundraising program analysis, and candidate research and outreach.

In addition to client services, Emily contributes firm-wide by leading staff trainings and supporting the continuous improvement of fundraising and search processes. Known for her collaborative style, problem-solving skills, and strong organizational acumen, she helps ensure projects stay on course and clients are well supported throughout complex engagements. Her experience spans arts and culture, education, healthcare, and human services organizations nationwide, including Artists for Humanity, Children’s Advocacy Center of Suffolk County, Derby Academy, FamilyAid Boston, Foundation for City College, Global Arts Live, The Home for Little Wanderers, Jacob’s Pillow, Jewish Vocational Service, Joslin Diabetes Center, Mass General Brigham, Mass Audubon, Noble & Greenough School, Rosie’s Place, St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation, The Umbrella Arts Center, UMass Amherst, and YMCA of Greater Boston.

Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Providence College and resides north of Boston. Outside of work, she can often be found chasing her toddler and 100-pound dog, Franklin. She also enjoys baking, trying new restaurants, and road trips to New Hampshire to spend time with extended family.
