Shamali is committed to helping professionals discover their next step. As a Senior Consultant, she draws on that commitment, as well as her organizational and problem-solving skills, to align the right candidate with the right opportunity.

Shamali rejoined Development Guild in 2021. She previously worked as a senior member of our administrative team, as well as a member of our executive search team. Her former client projects include Boston Women’s Fund, Perkins School for the Blind, and Hallmark Health.

Shamali holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Brandeis University and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College. In her free time, Shamali enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, traveling, trying out new recipes, and reading.
