Year Up, a one-year, intensive training program that prepares urban young adults for successful careers and higher education, seeks two senior level fundraisers. Founded by Gerald Chertavian and headquartered in Boston, Year Up has regional offices located in Atlanta, Boston, New York, Providence, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. and continues to expand.

The Senior Director of Development, National Office will work closely with the Founder/CEO and the National Director of Development and External Affairs to cultivate and solicit major donors on the national level. The new hire may be located in Boston or New York . The Senior Director of Development, Boston Chapter will work closely with the Chapter's Executive Director to formulate a major gifts strategy and manage a growing development staff. Successful candidates for both positions will demonstrate expertise in major gifts fundraising and an interest and ability to thrive in a social entrepreneurial environment.
