Tracy is a natural matchmaker. Her talent for engaging conversations makes her the right partner for both clients and candidates. Tracy has worked with a wide range of clients, including Boston Children’s Hospital Trust, Cambridge School of Weston, Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation, Emily Dickinson Museum, The Fenn School, French Cultural Center, The Home for Little Wanderers, Kents Hill School, The League School, Miss Hall’s School, Mount Sinai Health System, Noble & Greenough School, Pine Street Inn, St. John’s Prep, St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation, The Trustees, University of Rhode Island Foundation, and Woodwell Climate Research Center.

Tracy rejoined Development Guild in 2011 after serving for 7 years as the Director of Philanthropy at Faulkner Hospital. Tracy’s career has also included positions at the United Way of Massachusetts Bay, Dana Hall School in Wellesley, MA and the National Trust for Historic Preservation in Washington, DC.

Tracy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Gettysburg College and is passionate about issues of social justice. In her free time, Tracy enjoys spending time at the Cape with her family and their rescue dog Sirius.
