Trina Reski brings over 15 years of experience advancing arts, culture, and education institutions through strategic philanthropy, authentic relationship-building, and meaningful community engagement. A seasoned fundraising leader, she is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations grow and thrive through thoughtful, relationship-driven strategies that inspire lasting impact.

Before joining Development Guild, Trina held senior leadership roles at the Minneapolis Institute of Art (Mia), most recently serving as Senior Head of Advancement and Head of Major & Planned Gifts. In this capacity, she oversaw strategy for major, planned, and campaign gifts; mentored a growing team of development professionals; and worked closely with curators, volunteers, and trustees to advance the museum’s mission.

Her earlier experience includes leadership roles at Georgetown University, where she directed major gift fundraising for the School of Medicine and managed alumni engagement and annual giving campaigns for the undergraduate community. Trina also contributed to development efforts at the Corcoran Gallery of Art, Reynolda House Museum of American Art, and the New Museum of Contemporary Art.

Known for her ability to build strong teams and manage multi-million-dollar fundraising portfolios, Trina approaches her work with curiosity, empathy, and strategic focus. Her leadership has consistently strengthened donor relationships and positioned organizations for long-term success.
